Appartamento Frantoio measures 40 square meters and is divided into one bedroom,bathroom with shower, and living room / dining room with fully equipped kitchenette with mini dishwasher for 4 seats, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and microwave.

Also "Il Frantoio" has air-conditioning.

Perfect for a couple, though it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed for two in the living room.

Built in energy class A, in line with the farm's philosophy of Azienda Agricola La Grotta, the apartment has two heating systems; one by air with inverters and one with radiators run by our wood gasifier.

The special feature of this apartment, as of the others of the "Coppaio" complex, is the large rooftop terrace with views of the seaside, the Serchio River valley, Lake Massaciuccoli and even the silhouette of the Apuan Alps.
