Appartamento Leccino, measures 40 square meters and is comfortably divided into a master bedroom, living / dining room, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with 4 burners, fridge and microwave..

The apartment has air conditioning. Perfect for a couple, though it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed for two in the living room.

Built in energy class A, in line with the farm's philosophy, the apartment has two heating systems; one by air with inverters and one with radiators run by our wood gasifier.

The special feature of this apartment, as of the others of the "Coppaio" complex, is the large rooftop terrace with views of the seaside, the Serchio River valley, Lake Massaciuccoli and even the sillhouette of the Apuan Alps.
